Our overall health is a compact unity of emotional and physical aspects; they are mutually inclusive and have a direct impact on the functioning of the other.
In the midst of school dance preparations, as I was sewing in the buttons on a costume (which, by the by, I had personally made by hand), I started getting hot and dizzy.
We’ve come to the end of the week focusing on self-care. Each day I focused on a different way to practice taking care of mental, emotional, and physical health , and my 7 topics don’t come close to how many ways you can take care of yourself.
